WARRANTY & RETURN POLICIES
1. All our new products are warranted for parts & labor. We service what we sell!
Generally, circuit board products are warranted for 5 years, all others 1-2 years.
2. All our refurbished products (we have very little) are warranted for 180 days, including parts & labor.
3. We allow a 15 day return priviledge* on ALL new hardware (fifteen days from the
time you receive the order). No restocking fees apply if the product(s) is returned in this period.
4. Returns for refund after 15 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
5. Exchanges only (no refunds) after 30 days of sale.
*Note: Return priviledge does NOT apply to any AUCTION purchases or CLOSEOUT Items.
Auction& Closeout purchases for new products can be exchanged for same value item only. |
